Nature-based Wellness Programs and Services
Humans in Nature is committed to connecting people with nature because of the rejuvenating benefits the human-nature relationship offers. We help foster this connection through our main program areas:
- Nature and forest therapy
- Horticultural therapy
- Yoga and meditation practices
These programs and services are adaptable to meet participant needs and can be delivered as single sessions, workshops, multi-week programs, as well as integrated into wellness and team-building programs and retreats. Services are available for private groups and individuals as well as to partners for public events.
